These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mama Exch platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Mama Exch ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Mama Exch website at mamaexch.biz, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them without reservation.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Mama Exch platform immediately and must not create or continue to use an account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all use of the Mama Exch platform including sports betting, casino games, bonuses and promotions, and all deposit and withdrawal activity. By placing even a single bet you are confirming agreement with everything in this document.
To open and maintain an account at Mama Exch, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: Mama Exch reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 will be forfeited in full.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account at Mama Exch. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same phone number or any combination of the above — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered by Mama Exch will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering at Mama Exch. Your registered name must match the name on your identity documents and the name registered with your payment method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Your Mama Exch account credentials — including your password and any one-time codes — are your responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. Mama Exch will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.
Mama Exch reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time we consider it necessary for compliance or security purposes. Until verification is complete, Mama Exch may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or both. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identity, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address where required.
Mama Exch accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.
The minimum deposit at Mama Exch is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be subject to account-level limits based on verification status. Current limits are displayed in the deposit and withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
Deposits via mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your Mama Exch account instantly in normal circumstances. Bank IBFT deposits are credited within 1 to 2 working hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one working day.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any third-party interest or restriction. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and reversal of all transactions.
Mama Exch reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a specific exception is approved by our payments team. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
Note: Mama Exch does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. If a fee is deducted, it has been applied by your payment provider, not by Mama Exch.
All bets placed at Mama Exch are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of any bet — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. Mama Exch does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where the Platform determines an obvious error has occurred.
The minimum stake on any single sports bet at Mama Exch is Rs 100. Accumulator minimum stakes are also Rs 100 regardless of the number of legs. Casino game minimums vary by game and are displayed on the game interface before play begins.
Odds displayed at Mama Exch represent the price available at the time of your bet placement. Mama Exch reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds are particularly subject to rapid movement and the price displayed at the moment you click may differ from the price at confirmation. Where a significant discrepancy occurs, Mama Exch will notify you and give you the option to accept or decline the revised price.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void before reaching the minimum completion threshold defined in the sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Partial completion events — for example, a cricket match resolved under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method — will be settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, Mama Exch reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. A manifest error is defined as one where a reasonable person would have recognised the price as obviously incorrect at the time of placement.
Each casino game available at Mama Exch is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, payments, and bonuses.
All non-live casino games at Mama Exch use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. These systems are regularly tested to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and that published return-to-player (RTP) rates reflect actual game performance over a statistically significant number of rounds.
Live casino games at Mama Exch are managed by physical dealers operating physical equipment — wheels, cards and chips — in professional studio environments streamed via live video. In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand or spin, the outcome will be the result officially recorded by the studio system. Mama Exch is not liable for any losses arising from a player's disconnection due to internet or device issues on the player's side.
All game results and transaction records at Mama Exch are stored in our server logs. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the server log record shall be treated as the authoritative record. Screenshots or other player-side recordings are not accepted as primary evidence in dispute resolution.
All bonuses and promotional offers at Mama Exch are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer on the promotions page, in addition to these general Terms. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds at Mama Exch are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering completion — the contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms for each offer.
Mama Exch does not permit players to hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all bonus balances being voided.
Any player found to be abusing the bonus system at Mama Exch — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or making low-risk bets solely for wagering contribution purposes — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with Mama Exch.
Bonus funds and free spins at Mama Exch expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at Mama Exch. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
Mama Exch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a compliance or security risk. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Mama Exch reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent deposits, or other prohibited activities will be forfeited.
You may request closure of your Mama Exch account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited on voluntary account closure.
An account that has not had any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant by Mama Exch. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee, the amount of which will be notified to you in advance. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support at any time.

Mama Exch reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Mama Exch will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date shown in the "Last updated" field at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Mama Exch platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Mama Exch operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact Mama Exch support and give us a reasonable opportunity — not less than 30 days — to resolve the matter informally. Mama Exch takes all player disputes seriously and will make genuine efforts to reach a fair resolution.
