Your Mama Exch Login – What You Need to Know
Logging in to Mama Exch is straightforward whether you are on a phone, tablet, or desktop browser. Mama Exch offers two ways to log in. The first is the standard password login: enter the mobile number or email address registered on your account, followed by your password. The second is OTP login: enter your registered mobile number and we will send a one-time code by SMS. Enter the six-digit code to log in without needing to remember a password. OTP login is particularly useful if you are on a new device or have forgotten your password.
If you choose to use the Remember Me option on your personal device, your login details will be stored in the browser and you will stay logged in between sessions. Only use this feature on a device that belongs exclusively to you. On a shared phone or a public computer, leave Remember Me unticked and make sure you log out completely when you are done with your session.
The most common login problem Pakistani players experience is forgetting their password after not using the platform for a few weeks. If this happens, use the Forgot Password link on the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and we will send a reset code by SMS. Enter the code and follow the prompts to create a new password. The whole process takes less than two minutes and does not require contacting support. A less common but important issue is entering the wrong mobile number format. Pakistani mobile numbers have several common formats — for example, 03001234567, 0300-1234567, and +923001234567 all refer to the same number. When you log in, use the number in the same format you used when you registered. If your login attempt is repeatedly rejected, try a different format of the same number before assuming you have forgotten your password.
Account security at Mama Exch is taken seriously on both ends — by the platform and by the player.
